Sometimes, it feels quite personal,
an attack directed at me.
Sometimes, it feels quite personal,
an attack directed at me.
Liberty is having agency over one’s own destiny and decisions. Liberty cannot truly exist without the ability to govern what happens to and with one’s own body.

Shame can be a strong force for positive change. At the same time, shame can stunt my growth.
